Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products offered by Weatherseal Fenestra Private Limited (“Weatherseal”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to this Policy.

1. No Cancellations or Refunds

1.1 All Weatherseal products are custom-made. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Payments are strictly non-refundable.

1.2 Only genuine manufacturing defects verified by Weatherseal are eligible for repair or replacement. No monetary refunds will be issued.

2. Customer Responsibility

2.1 Customers must verify all specifications, measurements, and requirements before confirming the order.

2.2 Weatherseal is not responsible for losses or delays caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

3.1 Customers must inspect the product at delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours.

3.2 Latent defects must be reported in writing within the allowed timeframe.

3.3 Claims outside the specified period will not be accepted.

4. Limitation of Liability

Weatherseal’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components. Weatherseal is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential losses.

5. Binding Agreement

5.1 By placing an order, the customer fully accepts this Policy.

5.2 This Policy overrides any verbal or written assurances inconsistent with it.

6. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by Indian law including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. All disputes fall under Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
